Nose: Butterscotch, Red Hots, cherry tobacco, allspice, apricot, slate, deep wood.

Palate: Ginger snaps, chamomile tea, blackberry, tobacco, brown sugar, spearmint.

Finish: Long, rich, and sweet. Tobacco, butterscotch, ginger snaps, mint — with a spice that doesn't quit.

130 proof and eleven years in the barrel means it's had time to think. The Red Hots on the nose tell you exactly where it's headed. The finish proves it right.
